Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges for items that meet the following criteria:

The items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

Original tags and packaging must be intact

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate items such as underwear may not be eligible for return unless faulty or damaged.
Initiating a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team via email at teams@shegrown.co.uk or via WhatsApp at +44 7848 159239. Include your order number and details of the items you wish to return or exchange. Our team will provide clear instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our support team. We will guide you through the process and ensure that the replacement item is dispatched promptly. Exchange items are subject to availability.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the rare event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at teams@shegrown.co.uk with photographs of the issue. SHEGROWN will arrange a replacement or refund promptly at no additional cost to you.
